How do you expect this workshop to influence your personal growth?
I see this workshop as opportunity to gain skills for new variety of professional development strategies, that will enable me to practice as a behaviour in my day-to-day work with schools, NGOs, colleagues...
As people committed for improvement of education this process never ends, each new challenge is exploring and finding new solutions and give us open space for more and more new opportunities for learning and knowledge gaining.
I think that during these two days we will learn a lot of things that are going to make us a better facilitators and educators that will improve learning proces in our educational system.
Loreta, It has been great having you at this workshop!! As the world around us and the people around us change and evolve so must we. Learning is the only way we have of doing this. After almost 40 years working in education I still learn something new in every workshop I attend.
The day we stop trying to learn is the day we stop being a good educator.
